Today i have tried mutton chopps in two different ways..one is breaded and other is egg dipped.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg mutton Chops
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsps ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsps vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp redchilli flakes
- 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds crushed
- 1 tsp ajwain /omam
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper crushed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsps Gram flour/ besan
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- salt

Instructions
- Press /beat the chops well ...
- In a pan add water , ginger garlic paste , soya sauce,vinegar,redchilli flakes,crushed daniya , crushed pepper., ajwain , mutton chops and cook it until water is dried and meat is done.
- Beat 2 eggs and besan mix well then add the cooked meat then dip in breadcrumbs and fry it..
- you can also avoid coating with breadcrumbs and fry the egg dipped meat directly...
